Using a combination of a
concentrator and a Thermal
Oxidiser, a high volume of
exhaust gas with a low solvent
concentration can be purified in
a cost effective way.
Using a concentrator allows us
to provide the customer with a
significantly reduced running
cost when compared with a
direct fired type of Thermal
incineration.

- This system is used for processing air
flows with a low organic solvent level.
The solvent is absorbed using a
rotating rotor, then the solvent is
de-absorbed into a much smaller hot
air airstream.
The de-absorbed air stream has a
much higher solvent level. This is then
processed using the most appropriate
Thermal Oxidisation method.
