TNV Recuperative Thermal Oxidisers

    In this well known and widely used process, the exhaust air is heated over a naked flame and the hydro carbons are oxidised at high temperature, forming carbon dioxide and water vapour. The application of burner technology developed in house guarantees minimum CO and NOX emissions.

    We draw together the best individual components to build the recuperative thermal oxidisers in order to design the optimum plant combination for each application.


    This process is especially suitable for use in the presence of constantly high hydrocarbon concentrations and high waste heat requirements. Even problematic flows of exhaust fumes with high dust concentrations or condensation characteristics are easily coped with using this familiar process.


    Recuperative thermal oxidisers come in a range of sizes with flow rates of between 1000—40000 Nm3/h

    Compact systems with integrated shell and tube heat exchanger.

    Systems with separate combustion chamber, and shell and tube heat exchanger for high preheating temperatures.

    Burner systems for LG natural gas and special fuels as well as multi fuel burners.
